CONFIGURATION
Two upper glass doors with shelves and two lower blind doors with a shelf.
STRUCTURE
Made of sheet steel, 1 mm thick, epoxy painted.
The shelves are made of steel sheet too, and are adjustable in height.
The epoxy powder coating ensures to the structure a high mechanical strenght and tìresistance to chemical agents that make detergents, disinfectants.
UPPER DOORS
The doors are made of tempered glass, 4 mm thick, and are profiled in aluminum, thickness 1.8 mm. They are equipped with lock and anti-trauma ergonomic handles. Hinges opening to 110 °.
LOWER DOORS
Made of panels composed of wood particles mixed with a synthetic resin binder and then pressed, 20 mm thick, with low formaldehyde content (class E1), with both sides coated with 0.9 mm thick laminated plastic, obtained impregnating wood fibers with a thermosetting resin and subjecting to thermocompression.
The laminate is glued to the leaf surface with vinyl glue E 31, an adhesive based on polyvinyl acetate in water dispersion.
The edges are in ABS, material resistant and shiny plastic, 3 mm thick, with rounded shockproof section.
They are equipped with lock and anti-trauma ergonomic handles. Hinges opening to 110 °.
BASEMENT
Four legs in steel painted with epoxy powders with adjustable feet in nylon.
